Lead Dynamics 365 CE data migration architecture in a hybrid assignment, applying CRM integration and ETL expertise to Ontario Government delivery.
As a Junior Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership for migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. You will design full and delta loads, guide reporting, and support quality migration. The assignment includes system monitoring, customization, security, performance, and post-migration issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead D365 CE development, implementation, and system management
Define application, database, and middleware interactions
Design entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and views
Determine CRM integrations across the technology landscape




Lead post-migration support and data issue resolution
Requirements: At least one recent year as a CRM architect
Dynamics 365 CE implementation, migration, and integration experience
Knowledge of Dataverse, data entities, APIs, and Azure ETL
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Synapse workspaces
Understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and migration testing
Apply Dynamics 365 CE architecture, data migration, integration, and ETL skills to support a quality Ontario Government implementation.
