Support LEED, WELL, and Zero Carbon Building projects as a Sustainable Buildings Coordinator working full-time on site in Scarborough, Ontario.
INVIRO seeks a coordinator with zero to three years of sustainability consulting experience. You will support sustainability strategies, certification work, energy and water audits, and project documentation. The work serves projects in the ICI sector.
Key Responsibilities: Support LEED, BOMA BEST, WELL, and Zero Carbon projects
Develop green building, decarbonization, and resilience recommendations
Coordinate documentation, submissions, reviews, and project communications
Interpret architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
Conduct energy, water, LCA, and embodied carbon assessments
Requirements:



Degree or certificate in sustainability, building science, or related field
Zero to three years of related experience
LEED Green Associate or willingness to obtain within six months
Solid organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems
Bring sustainability knowledge, certification coordination, and analytical skills to INVIRO’s sustainable buildings projects in Scarborough.
