Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with all store operations
Lead teams to optimize sales results and efficiency
Promote positive customer shopping experiences
Maintain visual and merchandising presentation standards
Process shipments and fulfill eCom orders
Requirements: High school diploma; business education is an asset
Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
Robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
