Adult Epileptology is the focus for this Fraser Health prospect, combining epilepsy care with inpatient neurology and on-call support in Surrey.

The Adult Epileptologist will expand the regional epilepsy clinic at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre. The position includes three funded epilepsy clinic days weekly, inpatient neurology at Surrey Memorial Hospital, and participation in local and regional call activities. The successful candidate will support a multidisciplinary neurology group and the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide epilepsy care within the regional outpatient program
- Participate in inpatient neurology care at Surrey Memorial Hospital
- Provide local and regional neurology call coverage




- Support the two-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
- Deliver subspecialty epilepsy clinics within the neurology group

Requirements:

- Complete at least one year of formal epilepsy fellowship training
- Hold or pursue CSCN EEG interpretation certification
- Qualify for FRCPC Neurology registration or recognized equivalent
- Hold full or provisional British Columbia medical licensure
