Provide direct nursing care at West Parry Sound Health Centre across acute, transitional, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Work regular part-time, including weekends and all shifts.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will work within your College of Nurses of Ontario license. The position supports patients through direct care, equipment maintenance, and cooperative practice with interdisciplinary health team members. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Administer direct nursing care within licensed scope
Maintain, clean, and assemble equipment and facilities
Work cooperatively with interdisciplinary health team members
Maintain professional nursing practice standards clinically
Requirements:



Complete an approved Registered Practical Nurse program
Hold current College of Nurses of Ontario competence certificate
Complete medication administration, asepsis, catheterization, and IV training
Demonstrate healthcare computer applications and software knowledge
Provide satisfactory attendance, performance, discipline, and work references
Apply nursing skills, skilled standards, and interdisciplinary practice while supporting patients at West Parry Sound Health Centre.
