Are you a proven sales professional with strong connections in the architectural and custom building community? This is a unique opportunity to become a founding sales team member for a growing premium windows and doors business representing sought-after European architectural products across the GTA.
Salary and Benefits Total rewards:80K - 100K annually

A typical day Develop new business relationships with architects, designers, custom builders, and contractors throughout the GTA
Expand and leverage existing industry contacts to generate revenue opportunities
Conduct cold outreach, networking activities, site visits, and industry event participation




Present premium architectural window and door solutions to prospective clients
Support projects through specification, tendering, quotation, and order stages
Assist clients with technical product selection and drawing interpretation
Prepare proposals, pricing packages, and quotations
Maintain CRM activity, sales pipeline management, and showroom demonstrations
Successful candidates will have 3-5+ years of sales experience within architectural windows & doors, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, façade systems, or related building envelope products
Existing GTA network of architects, designers, custom builders, and design-build firms
Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of generating new business
Ability to self-source and build a majority of your sales pipeline
Experience working with specification-driven sales processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
Valid Ontario G driver's licence
