As a Promotional Event Coordinator, you will manage pricing and promotional event data within Buying Events Advertising systems. The work supports accurate retail promotional execution across Giant Tiger stores. You will apply defined processes, validate information, and coordinate timely updates from Buying and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain pricing and promotional event data
Validate, report, and correct promotional data errors
Apply accurate, timely event updates from Buying and Marketing
Prepare promotional documentation for event execution processes
Test system updates and escalate identified issues
Requirements: Postsecondary education
Minimum two years corporate retail or promotional execution experience
High-volume data entry, systems, or AS400 experience
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Excel or similar data management experience
Use promotional data, validation, and Excel expertise to support accurate retail events for Giant Tiger from Ottawa.
