As a Bilingual Personal Insurance Advisor, you will service ongoing client needs, assess coverage requirements, recommend solutions, and process renewals. You will also sell current policies, retain existing business, and support clients through clear communication. The position requires organization, analysis, and effective priority management.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct needs assessments and recommend personal insurance solutions
Sell new policies and retain existing client business
Quote business through calls, letters, and walk-in service
Prepare insurer documentation, applications,



certificates, and policy changes
Process renewals, accounts receivable activities, and client inquiries
Requirements: Bilingual French and English communication skills
At least one year of personal insurance experience preferred
Strong customer focus and professional service approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
