Reporting to Monitoring Supervisors, you will remotely monitor client premises, identify security risks, document incidents, and communicate with authorities. The role supports quality service for clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Remotely monitor CCTV cameras protecting client premises
Conduct surveillance for theft and vandalism
Detect other illegal or suspicious activities
Record incidents in internal software programs
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when needed
Requirements: Fluent oral and written English and French communication
Availability for nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
Availability for seven shifts during two weeks
Ability to work seated twelve-hour shifts
