You will learn local Fire and Life Safety regulations while supporting clients and internal teams. Collaboration with business development, operations, field technicians, suppliers, and vendors supports accurate proposals and seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Review, edit, and finalize inspection reports for clients
Create quotations from deficiencies, repairs, and work scopes




Prepare quotation and proposal cover letters
Obtain pricing from suppliers and vendors as needed
Verify report details with Field Technicians
Requirements: Computer literacy across various software systems
General knowledge of quoting and quotation presentation
Ability to explain technical data clearly
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
