Key Responsibilities: Promote and educate clients on insurance products
Deliver superior customer service supporting client retention
Uncover business challenges and identify client needs
Provide recommendations and act as a client advocate
Assist with insurance needs using underwriting principles
Requirements: Track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build authentic client relationships
Solid workload prioritization, confidentiality, and discretion
Insurance broker level 1 license or CAIB/CIP progress
Six months or more of industry experience is a bonus
