This part time position reports to the Transportation Manager and offers variable hours based on operational needs and availability. You will transport goods safely, complete paperwork accurately, and deliver shipments to assigned Pet Valu locations. The work supports operations across BC as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate start times, routes, and addresses before runs
Inspect vehicles, lift gates, pallet jacks, and safety equipment
Secure loads and verify skid counts before departure
Unload, barcode, and verify shipments at stores
Refuel, clean trucks, inspect vehicles, and submit paperwork
Requirements: Valid AZ/DZ license with clean driving record
Experience operating commercial vehicles with lift gates
Experience using pallet jacks and delivery equipment
Understanding of safety procedures and inspections
Ability to lift, move goods, and work varying weather
Bring safe driving, accurate documentation, and delivery experience to Pet Valu’s part-time Class 1 Driver role in Surrey.
