This permanent casual position supports people in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily life, recognize individual rights, and help people develop skills. Experience with cognitive and behavioural challenges is required.

Assist people with daily life activities
Work with people and their connections
Support personal growth and development skills
Drive program vehicles when required
Requirements: Full G license and personal automobile insurance
Reliable transportation
Experience with cognitive and behavioural challenges
Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
Three to six months experience preferred
Bring direct support experience, reliable transportation, and respectful community-based assistance to Karis Disability Services in Whitby.
