Key Responsibilities: Open and close residential conveyancing case files
Prepare draft contracts and client correspondence
Conduct online Land Registry searches
Update case management systems accurately
Handle queries, calls, chasing, post, and filing
Requirements: Experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
Residential Conveyancing experience
Availability for full time permanent employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
