Key Responsibilities: Execute recruitment strategies and processes across multiple disciplines
Focus recruitment efforts on Personal Support Worker roles
Use UKG to optimize recruitment activities and reporting
Maintain recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
Support full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding
Requirements: College diploma or bachelor’s degree with HR background preferred
Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Recent high-volume recruitment experience required
Healthcare sector experience preferred
Proficiency in HR systems, UKG, and Microsoft Office
