As a member and client experience advisory agent, you help create welcoming, satisfying experiences while addressing needs and supporting financial empowerment. You promote cooperative values, advise on Desjardins products and services, and help clients use available distribution channels. You also identify business opportunities and refer specialized needs to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Explain applications and technological tools for independent transactions
Open accounts and support financial transactions
Assist fraud or irregularity cases and process related transactions




Maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards
Requirements: Related high school diploma
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French
Knowledge of Desjardins and competitor financial products
Knowledge of security measures, legal framework, and internal controls
Bring customer focus, technological confidence, and financial services knowledge to support Desjardins members and clients on site.
