This full-time, permanent healthcare position welcomes candidates without clinical backgrounds. You will answer patient questions, manage referrals, update electronic medical records, and coordinate insurance processes. Avant Respiratory provides clinical consultation and treatment for snoring and sleep apnea, helping patients improve their lives through better sleep.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule appointments and assist patients across service channels
Prepare files and maintain accurate electronic medical records
Coordinate coverage,



pre-authorizations, and claim submissions
Support payments, inventory, clinicians, and clinic organization
Requirements: Customer service, administration, reception, or patient-facing experience is an asset
Friendly, skilled, confident patient interactions
