Key Responsibilities: Provide telephone triage and timely medical advice
Support callers experiencing mental health, addictions, or crises
Apply clinical judgment and protocols to determine care dispositions
Complete confidential medical records promptly
Give transparent information and direction during patient encounters
Requirements: Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing
Minimum two years of recent triage or clinical experience
Active CRNNL licensure or willingness to obtain it
Comfort using telephone systems and computer software
Availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
