You will provide warm, knowledgeable service while setting tables, preparing buffets, and supporting protected event operations. Key Responsibilities: Set tables correctly and uniformly with required equipment
Prepare buffets with food presentation and table preparation
Greet and serve guests according to established procedures
Assist the Banquet Captain with setup and breakdown
Complete paperwork and side work for assigned events
Requirements: High school diploma, secondary qualification, or equivalent
Experience with major hotel processes and standards
Ability to read and understand BEO requests
Strong oral and written communication skills
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, or holidays
