Lead AI inference release integration at Cerebras Systems, combining test architecture, software automation, and cross-stack debugging in Sunnyvale or Toronto.

As Technical Lead Manager for Release Qualification and Integration, you will establish Release Integration Testing for AI Inference Core. Define quality strategy across feature integration, branch stability, release qualification, deployment, and post-release learning. Work across frameworks, runtimes, compilers, kernels, distributed systems, infrastructure, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities: Define integration testing strategy, ownership boundaries, criteria, coverage, and escalation thresholds

Own inference-path readiness using unit, simulation, benchmark, feature, and integration evidence

Lead integrated end-to-end validation across the cloud-to-wafer stack

Improve branch stability through metrics, dashboards,



workflows, and release pipelines

Lead regression triage, root-cause analysis, coverage placement, and rollout planning

Requirements: Robust software engineering and Python, Go, or similar programming ability

Technical leadership in quality, validation, release engineering, or software integration

Automation and test architecture experience for distributed or AI software

Ability to resolve ambiguous cross-stack failures using evidence

Understanding of risk-based testing, readiness, regression, and quality metrics
