As a Spa Therapist, you support spa operations, treatment delivery, customer service, and sales. You bring Lush’s Leadership Practices to interactions with clients, colleagues, and operations. The position requires massage therapy experience, skincare knowledge, and interest in natural beauty and ethical business.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver the full catalog of spa services
Perform treatments that create outstanding customer experiences
Provide treatment information throughout each spa experience
Recommend products and promote spa treatments through engagement
Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, merchandising, and health standards
Requirements: One to two years’ massage therapist experience in spas
Ability to learn and administer offered spa treatments
Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethics
Flexible availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends
Manual dexterity and team environment experience
