This Technical Business Analyst supports a USD Liquidity Acceleration Plan covering instant payments, Request for Payment, clearing, and settlement. You will analyze requirements, create specifications, and coordinate delivery across relevant teams. The work includes functional architecture, data flows, testing, and support documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Redesign SWIFT messaging and sanctions-filtering functional architecture
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Create end-to-end data flows for recent products




Define test strategy and coordinate end-to-end testing
Coordinate stakeholders and report progress regularly
Requirements: At least two years of relevant information technology experience
Technical and functional software application experience
Knowledge of SDLC, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management
Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Apply technical analysis, payment knowledge, and structured documentation skills to advance messaging, sanctions filtering, and settlement programs.
