This regular full time role liaises with business stakeholders on enhancements and new developments. You will support complex initiatives using Guidewire, Agile practices, data modeling, and user acceptance testing. The position sits within IT Property & Casualty and works two days in the office.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate discussions to document and validate business requirements
Guide technical design solution assessment with business stakeholders
Perform data analysis, modeling, mapping, and flow
Develop user acceptance test plans and lead testing
Improve BSA practices and guide team members




Requirements: Five years of information technology or related experience
Post-secondary education in information technology or related discipline
Advanced Agile, SDLC, project planning, and Lean knowledge
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
English proficiency and experience with JIRA and Confluence
Apply senior business systems analysis, Guidewire knowledge, and stakeholder communication to complex IT Property & Casualty initiatives.
