The Grocery Inventory Clerk keeps products properly stocked, rotated, dated, faced, and displayed for customers. This position requires familiarity with store products and locations, robust organization, and positive customer interactions. You will use CNF systems and technology, including CRS, adjustment app, shelf-tag printer, and product lookup.
Key Responsibilities: Stock assigned sections and merchandise products promptly
Rotate products and verify dates, tags, and displays
Clean shelves, materials, back rooms, and sales floors
Use CNF systems and inventory technology correctly
Answer questions and resolve complaints appropriately
Requirements: One to two years of retail experience
Knowledge of natural foods and their products
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Computer knowledge and technical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Bring product integrity, inventory organization, technology skills, and friendly customer service to Community Natural Foods daily.
