Warehouse inventory expertise meets RF equipment and ERP/WMS accuracy in CoolIT’s in office, six-month contract in Canada. Handle materials across essential warehouse operations.
As a Warehouse Inventory Associate, you will report to the Warehouse Supervisor while supporting staging, storage, picking, distribution, receiving, and shipping. The work uses computer systems, RF equipment, and inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems. You will also support Production teams as required.
Key Responsibilities: Stage, store, pick, distribute, receive, and ship materials
Record accurate inventory and transaction data in ERP/WMS systems
Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound shipments
Complete daily cycle counts and annual inventory activities
Operate material-handling equipment throughout the facility
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of warehouse operations experience
Experience with inbound and outbound inventory transactions
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
Apply warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, RF equipment, and ERP/WMS skills to support CoolIT material flow on-site.
