As a Client Service Representative within the Program Group, you will maintain and service a profitable book of business. You will address inquiries, coordinate documentation, and support assigned insurance programs. The position requires Professional Lines knowledge, accurate communication, and organized follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Address client inquiries about assigned insurance programs
Respond to clients and underwriters by telephone and email
Request and track missing information and policy documentation




Review policy wordings for accuracy and completeness
Manage monthly Bordereau and support EPIC invoicing
Requirements: Minimum two years of relevant industry experience
AMF license required
Strong French and English verbal and written communication
Comprehensive Professional Lines insurance knowledge
Microsoft Office proficiency and solid organizational skills
