As a Local Business Relationship Manager, you will grow and maintain a portfolio of micro businesses and owners. You will attract, build, and retain business relationships while addressing business and personal banking needs. Your work combines credit analysis, relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain key contacts through networking and public relations
Review portfolios and refer customers to appropriate specialists
Negotiate and implement current banking arrangements
Analyze information, assess security, and recommend lending decisions




Identify portfolio risks and develop action plans
Requirements: Three years of retail lending experience or two years’ small business lending
Demonstrated business development and client relationship management success
Organizational skills, pressure management, and technology proficiency
Experience meeting goals, targets, and revenue expectations
Commerce or Business Administration diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
