Apply Applied Behaviour Analysis skills as a Part-Time Supervised Implementor with Shining Through Centre in Woodbridge and North York, Ontario.
Reporting to a Supervised Senior Implementor, you will implement individualized goals, objectives, and priorities for learners. The work supports children through behaviour programming, individualized learning, and autism services. You will collect data, communicate progress, and assist learners throughout daily programs.
Key Responsibilities: Implement behaviour programming individually and in group settings
Collect, record, and analyze learner data daily
Communicate learner progress regarding Individual Education Plans
Prepare daily program materials and resources




Provide updates to parents through an online platform
Requirements: Experience working with children ages two to twelve
Education in Psychology, Autism, Behavioural Sciences, or related disciplines
Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis considered an asset
Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Support individualized learner progress through ABA programming, data collection, and compassionate autism services at Shining Through Centre.
