As an Interfacility Transport Coordinator, you will receive calls, gather caller information, triage injuries and illnesses, and coordinate medical responses. You will communicate with VECTRS, dispatch agencies, medical personnel, law enforcement, hospitals, and other agencies. The position requires professional, non-judgmental interactions, confidentiality, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and process assistance requests and service calls
Obtain essential caller information and triage injuries




Operate communication systems and document essential communications
Coordinate transportation needs with dispatch agencies
Provide information to VECTRS and involved agencies
Requirements: Relevant health care or health sciences degree or diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Typing and keyboarding speed of 35 words per minute
Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate
Current required criminal and abuse registry checks
