Sunbeam Developmental Resource Centre – Waterloo Region seeks a Coordinator for a full time, 15-month contract. You will help people access services and supports, identify abilities and needs collaboratively, and promote maximum possible independence. The work involves voluntary relationships with clients and their support networks, alongside mediation and agency collaboration.

Provide support tailored to unique situations
Work collaboratively with supports and agencies
Requirements: Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
Experience supporting youth or adults with Intellectual Disability or ASD
Experience with complex needs and Dual Diagnosis
Excellent consulting and oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of QAM and MCCSS regulations
