The Interim Branch Manager is a hands-on working manager responsible for daily branch success and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer transactions, education, service, and financial product sales
Drive branch sales targets, referrals, collections, and expense control
Verify customer information and maintain accurate compliant records
Monitor cash, inventory, reconciliations, and transaction controls
Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
