Key Responsibilities: Set daily priorities and schedule staff for assigned areas
Promote workplace safety and correct unsafe operating conditions
Coach employees and resolve staff issues
Monitor workload, staffing, throughput, and productivity

Requirements: High school diploma or provincial equivalent
Minimum one year managing a team
