As a Customer Service Representative, you will support IAA branches and service centers. The work combines customer communication, data entry, records maintenance, clerical assignments, and auction preparation. You will help provide an outstanding customer experience while assisting branch operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support by mail, telephone, and personal contact
Process orders, assignments, and internal computer system data
Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests
Maintain records and complete filing and word processing
Prepare auction paperwork and secure necessary approvals
Requirements: Previous experience in an office setting
Comfort communicating with customers professionally
Digital literacy and strong interpersonal skills
Time management skills and independent work ability
Positive attitude and willingness to assist peers
