Lead the retail floor at Metropolis at Metrotown through customer experience, sales performance, and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

As Key Lead with Abercrombie & Fitch Co., you support store leadership and effective operations. You will guide associates, operate point of sale systems, fulfill OMNI orders, and drive daily sales. This position requires at least 12 to 16 weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform opening and closing routines for the store
- Coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor
- Operate register and point of sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI channel orders accurately
- Analyze reporting to inform store decisions

Requirements:

- At least one year of preferred retail experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Solid customer focus and interpersonal communication skills
- Availability Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Adaptability, initiative, confidence, and detail orientation
