The Sales Support Associate helps deliver Coach’s brand commitment across the cash wrap and sales floor. You will welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, and support product flow from receipt through sale. The role combines customer service, retail technology, shipment processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients warmly and anticipate their needs
- Operate POS and maintain organized cash wrap areas
- Receive shipments, process transfers, and report discrepancies

Requirements:
