As a Surface Diamond Drilling Supervisor, you will oversee staff, equipment, reporting, and drill-site organization. The position requires drilling-services experience, registered qualifications, and knowledge of multiple drilling processes. You will support contract expectations and client objectives through safe, cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee drill-site setup, organization, housekeeping, and efficient operations
- Implement EH&S; policies, procedures, and safe productivity practices
- Mentor, train, evaluate, and retain crew members
- Maintain equipment, inventories, documentation, and required reports




- Communicate with employees, operations, clients, and Head Office

Requirements:

- Three to five years of drilling-services industry experience
- Registered drilling qualifications or certifications
- Valid Standard First Aid certificate and driver’s license
- Multiple drilling processes, leadership, and safety knowledge
- Communication, coaching, project management, and problem-solving skills
