We are looking with for an individual with strong leadership skills that will hold the team accountable for monitoring project momentum, scheduling, proper procedures, quality control, job site safety and has a robust commitment to the team.This person must be familiar with all aspects of construction and have the necessary skills and abilities to coordinate trades and materials, drive a schedule, complete site documentation, and communicate effectively with others.About the Role:Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion working in partnership with the Project ManagerManage all aspects of the construction site, while maintaining a professional, safe, and organized siteIdentify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standardsAdvise project team of conflicts in construction progress, quality of work or schedulingLead project meetings with trades and provide guidance and direction when neededExcellent eye for finish detailPrepare lookahead schedules on a weekly basis for Project Manager & SubcontractorsMaintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control including deficiency listsIdentify items to be submitted as Request for Information to the Architect/Engineer or Owner prior to problem development at the siteMentor less experienced team members and contribute to the growth and development of the company while setting a professional leadership exampleCompliance to Work Safe BC RegulationsAbout You:Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Concrete,
