Boomerang is hiring an entry-level Events Assistant for its Toronto team and campaigns across the GTA. You will build skills in event marketing, sales, customer engagement, and brand promotion. Training, coaching, and support are provided for learners.
Key Responsibilities: Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and retail activations
Start conversations and build rapport with public audiences
Deliver excellent customer service and positive experiences
Explain promotional offers, products, and services
Guide interested customers through sign-up processes
Requirements: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Explicit, positive, persuasive communication abilities
Curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and professionally presented
Previous public-facing experience is helpful but not required
Develop event marketing, customer engagement, and promotional sales skills while representing Boomerang clients across Toronto and the GTA.
