Manage spare parts accuracy and procurement for Sanofi, using inventory controls and CMMS administration to support maintenance operations. This role operates within Manufacturing & Supply.
The Inventory and Spare Parts Manager oversees maintenance spare parts across sourcing, receiving, storage, kitting, and inventory transactions. You will manage cycle counts, Material Masters, returned parts, delivery dates, and scheduled preventive maintenance needs. The position also supports process improvement and cost-saving work with Reliability Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and adequate maintenance spare parts inventory
Manage cycle counts, write-offs, returned parts, and Material Masters
Coordinate spare parts sourcing, purchasing, receipt, storage, and kitting
Track procurement and receiving, resolving ETA and supply disruptions
Manage inventory allocation and transactions within iShift and CMMS systems
Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Three to five years’ inventory management experience
Warehouse or distribution center experience
In-depth knowledge of MRP and CMMS applications
Spare parts storeroom management, digital asset management, and purchasing skills
Apply inventory management, spare parts procurement, MRP, and CMMS expertise to support Sanofi maintenance operations.
