The CAN Driver checks shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service and performs related customer service functions. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and strong communication skills. Customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service standards
Provide related customer service functions
Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Ability to maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Successful mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Bring route delivery, shipment checking, protected package handling, and customer service skills to Federal Express Canada as a CAN Driver.
