MD Maintenance is hiring an experienced Winter Sidewalk Crew Leader to join our team in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area. We're looking for someone reliable who has hands-on snow removal experience and can lead a crew to keep sidewalks clear and safe throughout the winter.
Responsibilities Lead a sidewalk snow removal crew and coordinate daily work.
Perform winter sidewalk maintenance and snow removal.
Safely operate a truck and tow a trailer.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Be ready for a 3:00 a.m. start time.
Requirements Previous winter sidewalk maintenance or snow removal experience.
Valid driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
Ability to safely tow a trailer with a truck.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work outdoors in winter conditions.
Robust crew leadership skills, reliability and punctuality.
Compensation Hourly wage negotiable based on experience.
Guaranteed weekly hours to be negotiated.
