Lead Sephora’s sales floor experience at Toronto Union Station through client service coaching and execution of the selling model. This is a full time opportunity.
The Stage Experience Lead oversees sales floor departments including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare. You will help cast execute Sephora’s selling model, respond to client feedback, and support store objectives. The position also includes coaching, technology training, and event support.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora location
Ensure cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model
Support responses to client feedback and service issues
Support training in Client Interactive Technology
Assist with events, coaching, and regular check-ins
Requirements: One to three years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely
Ability to attract, identify, train, and develop store leaders
Bring sales floor leadership, client service, coaching, and communication skills to Sephora’s Toronto Union Station store.
