As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager with sales results, team coaching, and daily operations. You help bring sneaker culture to life across Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Champs Sports, WSS, and atmos. Your work combines customer experience, retail technology, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead customer interactions with energy, confidence, and solutions
Support opening, closing, cash handling, and floor coverage
Maintain organized, customer-ready store conditions
Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled
Coach teammates and recognize performance wins
Requirements: At least one year of retail experience
Ability to coach, motivate, and engage diverse teams
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operations
