Key Responsibilities: Lead evening, weekend, and camp programs
Delegate tasks and assign daily caseloads
Guide Recreational Staff and support orientation
Liaise with families and supervisors regularly
Complete incident reports and documentation promptly
Requirements: Enrollment in Social Services or similar program
One to two years' recreation experience
One to two years' developmental disability exposure
G driver's licence required
Leadership, organization, and priority-management skills
