Key Responsibilities: Manage personal injury files involving tort and accident benefit claims
Liaise between the legal team and clients
Draft correspondence, applications, and court documents
Summarize medical records and create medical chronologies




Prepare hearings, productions, undertakings, and disbursement accounts
Requirements: Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education and experience
At least three years as a litigation Law Clerk
Personal Injury experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and independent working abilities
