Parkland C.L.A.S.S. seeks an Adult Proprietor to provide a reliable, supportive home environment. You will encourage personal growth, facilitate daily routines, and support wellness through individualized care. The organization has served children and adults with developmental disabilities since 1963.
Key Responsibilities: Provide stable, supportive home-based care
Deliver one-to-one supervision for wellness and safety
Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Prepare meals and provide day-to-day support
Follow behavioral support plans and administer medication
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
Class 5 driver's license and insured vehicle
Acceptable driver’s abstract and required checks
Private room in a clean, safe, nonsmoking home
Experience with FAS, FAE, FASD, or non-verbal communication
Bring compassionate supervision, personal care, and developmental disability support to a meaningful Adult Proprietor arrangement with Parkland C.L.A.S.S.
