Key Responsibilities: Monitor membership, sales, retention, labour, occupancy, and EBITDA KPIs
Prepare dashboards, operating reviews, and management presentations

Coordinate initiatives across finance, operations, marketing, HR, and technology
Requirements: University degree in business or related discipline
