Apply electrical design expertise to CANDU nuclear projects with AtkinsRéalis, using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and three dimensional modeling.
As an Intermediate Electrical Designer, you will support current builds, refurbishments, and plant operation modifications. You will prepare engineering deliverables for nuclear and conventional systems while following quality assurance programs and project requirements. The work spans preliminary engineering through detailed design, implementation, and close-out.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare electronic documents using AutoCAD and MicroStation
Create sketches and three dimensional computer models
Prepare deliverables for nuclear and conventional systems
Apply codes, standards, and regulatory requirements




Coordinate with engineering teams throughout design project lifecycles
Requirements: College diploma or equivalent work experience
Minimum five years in electrical design and drafting
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation
Ability to incorporate marked-up drawings into AutoCAD files
Knowledge of IEEE, CSA, or ASME standards considered an asset
Support AtkinsRéalis nuclear engineering projects through electrical drafting, design coordination, and compliant technical deliverables.
