As a Communications Specialist, you will strengthen communication across GWLRA’s multi-residential portfolio. The work combines customer service, brand management, resident engagement, and content creation. You will collaborate with property, corporate communications, marketing, leasing, operations, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities: Establish consistent communication and customer service protocols
Oversee general mailboxes and coordinate resident requests
Audit brand adherence across portfolio communication channels
Create advisories, posters, templates, and website content




Report resident satisfaction trends and communication effectiveness
Requirements: Post-secondary marketing, communications, or related education
Three-plus years of communications or customer service experience
English writing and speaking skills; French proficiency required
Analytical, strategic, creative, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to lead projects and work independently
