CAAT seeks an HRIS Analyst with two to five years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday experience. You will translate business needs into Workday solutions while supporting configuration, testing, reporting, and process improvement. The role focuses on core HCM and at least one additional Workday module.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement Workday solutions
Translate business needs into effective configurations
Troubleshoot Workday functionality, processes, and reporting issues
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support releases,



implementations, integrations, and improvements
Requirements: Two to five years of HRIS experience
Hands-on Workday configuration, testing, and reporting experience
Expertise in core HCM and another Workday module
Robust communication, organization, and project management skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
